The Raffle will be promoted by Binar Futures Ltd, 23 Farmview Drive, Bellevue 6056, ABN 90 655 240 323 and managed using the online platform operated by RaffleTix Holdings Pty Ltd, L2 40 Edward Street, Brisbane 4000 QLD, ABN 24 623 531 340 (“RaffleTix”). The benefiting organisation is Binar Futures Ltd, 23 Farmview Drive, Bellevue 6056, ABN 90 655 240 323, a not-for-profit organisation.

5    Raffle Period
The Promotion starts at 7pm WST on 27th July 2022.
The Promotion closes at 7pm WST on 21 August 2022. No entries will be accepted after this time.
 

6    Raffle Website
The Raffle Website will be accessible from https://www.raffletix.com.au/eveningwithshaquille
 

7    Maximum Number of Tickets 
1,000 tickets available for purchase at $100 each. 
The Raffle will close at end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold. 

8    Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open and tickets are available.
 

9    Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.

 

Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the management or organisation of the raffle or the draw. In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by Directors of Binar Futures Ltd. and related entities or RaffleTix, or their immediate families, i.e. those living with them.

10    Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, Participants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a Prize.

11    Draw Details
A random electronic draw will take place at 7pm WST on Sunday, 21 August 2022. First and only prize drawn first.

The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations.

12    Prize Details
The raffle prize includes return flights and accommodation for two nights where you get to meet the Hall of Famer and 4-time NBA championship winner at Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne on Thursday 25 August 2022.

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason flights are cancelled or the event is cancelled and the Winner is unable to attend the event under circumstances outside of our control, the prize can't be exchanged or paid out for cash.
 

13    Total Prize Pool
The Prize Pack includes:

• 2 tickets to ‘An Evening with Shaquille O'Neal’ at Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne on Thursday 25 August 2022

• Return flights for 2 adults from Perth to Melbourne in Economy class with 1 x 23kg checked-bag luggage

• 2 nights accommodation at a hotel, centrally located in the Melbourne CBD - queen or double room

 

Recommended Retail Value of the Prize Pack is $4,694 (incl. GST).
 

14    Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner of the Prize will be notified by telephone and in writing within 2 business days of the Draw Date, by 22 August 2022. Prize winners’ name will be published on the Raffle Website and on www.binarsports.com.au and the Binar Futures Facebook page, LinkedIn and Instagram pages on 22 August 2022.

15    Prize Claim Date
Winners have 24 hours from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize.
This is for an event on 25th August 2022 in Melbourne so the winner will need to be available to depart Perth on the 24th August 2022 and return on the 26th August 2022.

If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.  
 

16    Unclaimed Prize Arrangements 
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes. 
 

17    Additional Terms – Privacy  
The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer or Business Manager at admin@binar.org.au. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the entrant.
 

18    Additional Terms – COVID-19  
The Winner acknowledges and will comply with the rules and regulations of the State of Victoria and Western Australia in regard to entry requirements and vaccination policies.
